I had a great opportunity present itself at work and stepped into another team. I took a challenge that I didn’t know how to handle. The good news is that things are going real well. As a team, we’re getting more work done with less stress than we were before – so that’s good. In addition, I’ve been able to spend some one on one time with a couple of individuals at work and help them make sense of all the distractions and noise as well.

That being said, there was a significant delay in posts. I’m currently putting together a long article on the meaning of discipline itself. In addition, there’s a couple other posts that I’m going to get going.
